ISending flowers can be as simple as this: once you've made your selection on one of our main pages, such as "Send a bouquet", and selected your desired delivery date, our flowers and plants will be prepared for dispatch. This happens within a day of the desired delivery date. Want to send flowers to a different delivery address? No problem! If you want to make others happy, just enter the delivery address of the desired recipient. All our products are delivered by courier or our delivery partners DHL and DPD.

Our delivery partner

Orders are delivered by our delivery partners DHL and DPD in Germany. Delivery is made from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Preferred delivery date

When ordering flowers, you can specify the desired delivery date of your order. Orders for delivery to Germany are sent one working day before the desired delivery date via DHL or DPD.

Delivery to private addresses:

If the order is sent to a private address, please ensure that the recipient's name appears on the doorbell and mailbox. And if not, then our delivery partner will not be able to deliver the order. Please note that neither the parcel point, nor the post office box, nor the packing station can be specified as the delivery address.

Important: If the recipient cannot be located, the delivery will be made to a neighbor by standard delivery or the item will be taken to a post office/drop-off station for collection.

DHL Branch Routing: What happens if the wrong delivery address is entered?

If the recipient cannot be identified at the specified address for unknown reasons, we offer a DHL branch routing service. This means that if the package cannot be delivered, it can be taken to the nearest branch. You can see which post office it is in DHL tracking.

We will automatically send you a shipping tracking email. You can use this feature to track your order at any time. You will receive a separate notification from us and DHL if the courier is unable to deliver your order. We kindly ask you to inform the recipient of the greeting of flowers about the status of the order. The package can be received by presenting an ID card and a notification of receipt (by e-mail).

Delivery to working addresses:

Delivery to business addresses is possible. For delivery to a business address, the name of the company/business and the name of the recipient must be specified when ordering. If the company/store name is not listed, but it is a working shipping address, the order may not be delivered. Please note that some companies do not accept parcels on Saturdays.

Delivery to a hospital/rehabilitation or health resort:

Delivery of patients to a hospital or rehabilitation/spa center is usually possible. Please note that some hospitals and rehabilitation facilities do not accept parcels on Saturdays. We recommend that you register the delivery of flowers in advance at the appropriate institution, so that there are no misunderstandings when receiving a floral greeting. When ordering, it is necessary to specify the name of the recipient and the ward/chamber number. If the name, station and room number are not specified, the order cannot be delivered.

 

Terms of order delivery

When placing an order, the Buyer must clearly indicate the requirements for its delivery.

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the specified data (address, name of the recipient, etc.) in the Buyer's order. (If the recipient is not at the specified address, the order is transferred to third parties if possible (relatives, colleagues, neighbors, concierge, etc.) If no one accepts the order (no one opened the door, the neighbors do not accept or the recipient does not live or work at the specified address) then we are not responsible for the freshness of the flowers, the order is left at the delivery point or returned to the store, where it must be picked up within 24 hours by mentioning his number. The order is considered fulfilled, the payment is not returned.

ATTENTION: We carry out free delivery and in rare cases, with a large number of deliveries in the city, delivery may be delayed for 1-2 days.

In case when flowers were not delivered, but not through the fault of the store or courier service (the recipient was not there, he did not come to the point of delivery or store) - the order is considered fulfilled, payment is not refunded and flowers can be received at the point of delivery within 24 hours.

Fast execution of the order "day by day" is carried out within 1-3 hours after payment of the order and upon agreement with the recipient.

Next day delivery is possible if the order was placed and paid for by 3 p.m. the previous day. Orders for today can be accepted only in large cities until 18.00 Mon. - Coll.

The Buyer can make changes to the order no later than 4 hours before the time of delivery of the order. (If the order has already been completed, it cannot be canceled. The buyer can place and pay for a new order, while the previous one will be considered delivered or, at the buyer's request, it can be forwarded to another recipient).
The service of photographing the recipient upon delivery is not guaranteed and is performed subject to technical availability at the time of delivery and with the consent of the recipient.
Orders on holidays (New Year, February 14, March 8 (1 day before and 1 day after)) are processed during the day. The exact delivery time is not guaranteed, but the manager may take into account the Buyer's wishes for delivery in the morning, afternoon or evening. Final time deliveries will depend on the workload of couriers on a holiday.
The delivery confirmation period on holidays is 2 working days, which is associated with a large load, that is, the buyer may not immediately receive a notification about the fulfillment of his order.
Photo report on holidays (1 day before and 1 day after) is not guaranteed.
Upon receipt of the order, the recipient must sign the order form that remains with the courier.
Surprise order.
A surprise order is made without prior agreement with the recipient (when forming the order, if the Buyer does not select the "call the recipient" option, then he guarantees that the recipient will be at the delivery address within the specified time period (at least 3 hours). In the event that the Recipient is not at the specified address and if it is impossible to leave it to third parties (neighbors, colleagues, security, etc.), the order is considered completed).

ORDER PERFORMANCE DEADLINE

The term of the order execution depends on the location of the recipient (within the city 3-4 hours, outside, the execution term is agreed with the manager), on the complexity of the order (quantity of the Goods, its availability in the seller's warehouse) and on unforeseen events that do not depend on the Seller (a road accident , weather conditions, traffic jams, etc.).

In the case of improper delivery of the order due to the fault of the Seller (the order was not delivered on time, the order did not meet the buyer's requirements, or the product was not in the proper form), the re-delivery of the order is free of charge.
